  I lived in Cannes for 3 years growing up. Cannes is all about glammour, fashion and everyone fitting into the high class society. Every year there's the famous Cannes film festival which brings movies and actors from across the world.
  
  If you can make it down to Cannes while the red carpets are out I'd deffinately recommend it.
