- I used to work in a post office and I quite often experienced strong feelings of anger towards the rules and regulations and also sometimes towards myself. It's intersting how unresonable people can be when they are upset, especially if it involves money, and they blame you personally because of something that's actully their own fault.

- My Dad is the worst for having temper tantrums, he's like a little child if you say something he doesn't want to hear then he throws a tantrum and sulks like a 5 year old!
